Sazban Dam and Power plant
This project is located in Ilam province , nearly 680 km to south –west of Tehran and 40 km to south of Sar-Abeleh town on Seymareh river .
The objective of the project is hydropower generation up to 375 MW.
The basic study contract was handed to Mahab-E-Qods and Electro-Consult Companies as a joint- venture study in 1373 .
In1375 the first phase of studies was completed by Mahab-E-Qods co.
And after the confirmation of Overall design documents, tendering documents of the diversion tunnel ,the construction contractor was chosen.
By the beginning of 1376 the diversion tunnel excavation was started and the necessary accessory roads and also a part of diversion.
Tunnel inlet and outlet were constructed but the construction was stopped due to budget deficit on 1377-2-14.
Bakhtiyari Dam and Power plant
This project is located 70 Km over Dez dam and105 Km north is Lorestan province . It's on Dez river which is capable of generating 1500 MW hydropower electricity.
Lyro Dam and Power plant.
This project is in between Roudbar – lorestan and zalaki projects in lorestan province . the reconnaissance studies of the project are being carried out by Dez –Ab Consulting Engineers .
This project is considered to generate 470MW hydropower electricity.
Zalaki Dam and Power plant:
The project is located in Lorestan province, between lyro and Bakhtiyari projects, on dez river .
The reconnaissance studies are being carried out by Dez –Ab Consulting Engineers.
Hydropower generation capacity: 340MW.
karun2 Dam and Power plant.
The primary reconnaissance studies were first carried out by harza company in 1346 but at the time being its done by mahab –Qods engineering company .
The dam is located 72 km over shahid Abbas pour dam ,and 54 km to , Izeh town in khuzistan province .
Karun5 Dam and Power plant :
The reconnaissance studies were carried out by mahab-Qods Consulting engineers camping in 1375 and are now done under the supervision of moshanir company concerning phase1.
The dom is located after Armand hydrometrical station and Abvanak and karun river junctions 30km to lordegan city in chahr-mahal-baktiyari province .the objective of the project is to generate 200 MW of hydroelectric power.
Bazoft Dam and Power plant:
The project is on Bazoft river upstream in chahar-mahal-Bakhtiyari In the vicinity of khusistan province .
The reconnaissance studies were carried out by mahab-Qobs consulting engineers company through 1372-1375.
Phase one studies were passed on to Qods-Niroo consulting engineers company which is still in procession.
The objective is producing 200MW of hydroelectric energy.
khersan1 Dam and Power plant:
The reconnaissance studies of the dam were completed in1374 by Mahab-E-Qods-Consulting Engineers Company- and phase I was also handed to mahab-E-Qods company in 1375.
The dam is located 75 km to the such-east of Lordegan town in Chaharmahal-Bakhtiyari province.
The objective is to generate 365 MW of hydroelectric energy.
khersan2 Dam and Power plant :
The dam is located 35 km prior to khersan and karun.
River junction on the upstream of khersan river .
The reconnaissance studies were carried ant by Mahab-E-Qods
Consulting engineers company and the studies on phase one are in procession at the time being by the same company .
The object is generating 580MW of hydroelectric energy .
khersan3 Dam and Power plant :
The dam is located 45km South – East of lordegan in Char-Mahal-Bakhtiyari province and also 25 km downstream junction of Bashar and khersan rivers.
The econnaissance studies were completed in 1374by Mahab-E-Qods Consulting Engineers Company and the studies on phase one of the project is to generate 300 mW of hydroelectric energy.
Paalam Dam and Power plant :
The project is located 40 km to the South of "Pol-E-Dokhtar in Lorestan province .the dam site is also 80km upstream from karkheh river.
The reconnaissance studies were completed by Mahab-E-Qods Consulting Engineers Company and Electro-Consult of Italy in1372 and phase one studies were handed to Mahab-E-Qods Company the same year wish is still in procession.
The objective is generating 200MW of hydroelectric energy.
Kouran-Bouzan Dam and Power plant :
The reconnaissance studies of the project were completed by Mahab-E-Qods Company and Electro-Consult of italy in 1369 and phase one studies are done at the time being by Mahab-E-Qods Consulting Engineers Company .
The dam site is located 50 km to the North –East of Seymareh axis.
The objective is generating 280MW of hydroelectric power.
Tang-E-Mashoureh Dam and Power Plant :
The dam site is located 90km to Khoram-Abad city in lorestan province .
The primary studies were resumed by Mahab-E-Qods Consulting Engineers Company in 1999 and are still in procession.
The objective is to generate 166/2 MW of hydroelectric energy.
Sardasht Dam and Power Plant:
The dam site is 15 km to sardasht tower in the vicinity of kooliseh village .
The reconnaissance studies of the project were carried out and completed by Moshanir Consulting Engineers Company in 1377 and phase one studies are in procession by the same company at the time being .
Garjhal Dam and Power Plant :
The dam site is on Gellas river in between sardasht and Shiva-Shan projects.
The reconnaissance studies were finished by Moshanir Consulting Engineers Company in 1998 and phase are in procession log the same company right now.
The objective is to generate 204 MW of hydroelectric energy.
Shivahan Dom and Power Plant:
The dam site is located in Mirabad village, prior to Garjhal project, on Gellas river in west Azarbyjan province .
The reconnaissance studies were completed by Moshanir Consulting Engineers Company in 1998 and phase one studies are still being done at the time being.
The objective is to generate 155 MW of hydroelectric energy.
Aras Dam and Power Plant :
Aras dam site is in East Azarbaijan province, for – off Iran and Armenia borderline in north – west of the country.
Taking the hydrological spectrum of the region into consideration it engulfs Aras river flow which originates from Iran
, Turkey and Armenia .
The basic reconnaissance studies were resumed by Arm-Hydroenergo-Project Company which were later completed by Mahab-E-Qods Consulting Engineers Company in 1999
